We are located inside Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong, overlooking Rockwell properties, right in front of Pasig River, our exact address is Unit 107 & 108 GF Pebble Building, Acqua Private Residences, Coronado St, Brgy Hulo, Mandaluyong City
DINING OPERATIONS AND AMBIANCES
What time do you open?
We open as early as 7AM for our breakfast menu until 12midgnight daily. Changes in our operating hours are posted on our official Facebook and Instagram page.
Do you accept walk in?
Yes we do! But we highly encourage our guest to book their tables in advance via our website https://hola.ph/#reservation or by calling our numbers: 09177056891, 09176275382, 0283716058
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are very welcome, in fact, we have Pet day Sundays, please book your tablese here: https://hola.ph/#reservation
Are kids allowed?
Yes! As of April 2022, HOLA is currently under Alert Level 1. We are open for kids but observe safety protocols in our restaurant! We now offer kid’s menu.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via: CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, GCASH, ONLINE BANK TRANSFER.
Do you have an al fresco dining?
We are currently working on our al fresco area, but as of now, we do not have this yet.
Is HOLA very accessible for diners, especially to the PWD?
HOLA Eat Drink Play has disabled access; however the restaurant itself does not have disabled toilet facilities. We do have access to disabled toilets on the lobby of the building. Our staff is always willing to escort any person in need to the lobby.
Is there a dress code?
We expect customers to dress up as casual, smart casual, or professional looking. However, customers should fully observe the proper decorum of dressing up when going to a public place, especially for a restaurant. You may be asked to leave the restaurant if you do not meet these dress standards, even if you have a reservation.
Is there a parking slot at HOLA?
Convenient and secure parking is available within Acqua Private Residences premises. The carpark has no charge for the first 1 hour in parking for guests (?).
Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, we offer free Wifi, please ask our employees for the dedicated password.
IS HOLA very safe to eat for dine-in?
Yes! As we ease into Alert Level 1, we expect our customers to be fully vaccinated and/or boosted. Just present your vaccine ID and check normal temperature before entering HOLA.
Can I bring my own cake for events?
We are happy to support your celebration at our restaurant and store your own cake until serving. Please inform the restaurant in advance. In addition, we also avail our desserts in our menu.
DELIVERY & TAKE-AWAY
Do you deliver?
Yes, we accept delivery orders! HOLA is available in direct delivery through Acqua residences. For those who are nearer or (farther away) from the restaurant, we accept delivery orders through our food delivery platforms.
Do you accept take-outs?
Yes, we accept take-outs!
Is HOLA available in various food delivery platforms?
Yes, we deliver in food delivery platforms including the following: Grab, LalaMove, and DingDong PH. We also accept delivery orders through our Facebook and Instagram page.

I’m sure I’ve booked, but I haven’t had confirmation – what now?
We will always send you an automated confirmation when your booking is confirmed at HOLA. If you haven’t received a confirmation, kindly give us a call on our contact numbers 09177056891, 09176275382, our hotline: 0283716058 during business hours or drop us a line at eatdrinkplay@hola.ph and we’ll be in touch to resolve the issue.
What happens if I’m running late?
Every restaurant is different, but most will hold a booking for at least twenty minutes before reassigning your slot.
Do you observe cancellation policy?
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy and will refund any payments made should you need to cancel within that period. If it is later than 48 hours this deposit is non-refundable. You are most welcome to transfer your booking into someone else’s name, or reschedule, should you need to make changes at the last minute.
